Australian Cricket supports players electing to participate in Community Cricket in accordance with their Gender Identity, whether or not this accords with the sex they were assigned at birth, and supports them to do so in a safe and inclusive environment. Players may participate in Community Cricket competitions in accordance with their Gender Identity, whether or not this accords with the sex they were assigned at birth, subject to:
a) the player nominating their Gender Identity at time of registration with the Affiliated Association, Club or Indoor Centre for the upcoming competition; and
b) the player demonstrating a commitment to their Gender Identity being consistent with their Gender Identity in other aspects of everyday life.
